The plan respects how you eat

Flavor, diet, and allergies. In that order of strictness.

Flavor is a preference. Diet is a filter. Allergies are a wall.

Eight chef styles

Meals are composed by eight chef personas, not one generic “healthy” cuisine. Taste Tune learns what you like with a quick swipe while your week builds, and you can revisit it any time in Settings. Swapping a meal? Filter by cuisine or protein.

Some combinations cannot produce a week of real food. The app tells you before it builds a thin plan and asks you to adjust.

Household

One dinner for the table. Your plate stays tracked.

Tell the app who you cook for: just you, a partner, kids, or all of the above. The grocery list scales to the table, and the tracked macros stay on your plate. A partner who tracks gets their own account.

Shop

A list you can buy. A cart that is actually Kroger.

Shop is its own tab. Every ingredient is matched to a real Kroger product in a pack size you can buy, then sent to your Kroger cart in one tap. Shopping somewhere else? The list works at any store.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to photograph my meals?

No. Tap that you ate the planned meal. Ate something else? Search the USDA food database, scan a barcode, or describe it and get an estimate.

Does it track calories and macros?

Yes. Four rings: calories, protein, carbs, and fat. Each one fills as you log.

How much protein is the plan built around?

Protein starts at 1 gram per pound of bodyweight, and each full meal carries about 30g. Your exact targets come from your stats, activity, and goal.

How specific are the food rankings?

Rank up to five proteins, five carbs, and five fats. Chicken breast is not chicken thighs. Steak is not ground beef. Cauliflower rice is not rice.

What are the health overlays?

Optional food guidance on top of your goal: GLP-1 medication support, hypertension (DASH-aligned), and type 2 diabetes friendly. They shape food choices only. They are not medical advice and never involve dosing.

Can I choose cuisines?

Meals come from eight chef styles: American, East Asian, Indian, Italian, Japanese, Mediterranean, Mexican, and Middle Eastern. Taste Tune learns what you like, and you can filter swaps by cuisine.

What ways of eating are supported?

No preference (the default), low-carb, keto, Mediterranean, paleo, vegetarian, pescatarian, halal, and kosher.

How do allergies work?

Allergies are hard blocks, not preferences. Milk, egg, peanut, tree nuts, shellfish, fish, wheat, gluten, soy, and sesame. An excluded allergen never shows up in your week.

What if my answers cannot make a week?

Some combinations cannot produce a week of real food. The app tells you before it builds a thin plan and asks you to adjust.

What if I'm cooking for a family?

Tell the app who you cook for. The grocery list scales to the table, and the tracked macros stay on your plate.

How does shopping work?

Shop is its own tab. Send the list to a real Kroger cart, with each ingredient matched to a product and a pack size. Not a Kroger shopper? The list works at any store.

What will groceries cost?

It depends on you and your goals. You choose value or premium picks, and whether to prefer organic.

Who is behind it?

Built from 20 years of nutrition coaching for 5,000+ people: executives, moms, dads, and professional athletes, including the NFL.
